LYB Acorn Hollow Pumpkin Patch Mini Album

I fell in love with Little Yellow Bicycle's Acorn Hollow line as soon as I opened the box!  The line came with a 6x6 album with an acrylic front, plus 6x6 paper pads.  It was screamin' at me to throw together a quick album.  I love LYB lines... it makes putting together albums, cards, photo frames, scrapbook pages... SO easy!  I used two of the sticker sheets, Favorite Pieces,  Fresh Verses, plus the Chipboard Shapes and Paper Embellishments.   I made one tag with the AccuCut dies here in the store, plus added ribbon on the rings, used couple sheets of brown cardstock and some eyelets, but other than that, it was all items from the line.  I even had left overs!  I made a frame with those (I will show you later this week). 

So, if you visited the Pumpkin Patch and want a cute keepsake or gift, this couldn't be easier! Come down to the store one afternoon, bring your photos and I will help you whip one up!  Easy peasy!

10/27 Marilou's Graphic 45 Album in a Box Class

Class Description: Marilou is going to be here to teach you how to make an "album in a box." It has flaps, pockets and all kinds of nooks and crannies to embellish! You will create the album itself and add patterned papers from the gorgeous Graphic 45: A Ladies Diary Collection! Come ready to have a blast and learn with your crafty sisters! You will walk away from the class with the beginnings of a beautiful album that you can take home and complete as you wish!

Class day: Saturday, Oct. 27th 3 to 5 PM

Cost: $25.00 - NO REFUNDS!

What you need to bring to class:

Craft Mat

Vintage Photo Distress Ink and blending tool

Momento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad (if you have it!)

Score tape (1/2" and 1/4")

Zip Dry glue

Cutter (in case we need one!)

ScorePal (or equivalent)

Scissors

After your album is completed in class: You can take your album home to complete it (and the diary) the way YOU want to, by adding tags, chipboard items, bling, stickers, etc. Cami will make sure that we have all the papers, stickers, stamps, bling, ribbon and trims available in the store to finish your project! IF you bring your camera, I will let you take photos of my finished album to give you ideas to complete yours!

What will be in your kit:

Chipboard pieces cut to the correct sizes

Bazzill "Raven" cardstock to cover and form your album

Black Ribbon for the tie

Papers, and more Raven cardstock, to cover the outside of your album and the components inside your album's, including pockets and flaps.

2 - sets of magnets for closure

1 - sheet of A Ladies Diary Stickers

1 - sheet of chipboard tags

Carole's Vintage Book

Come and learn how to make this beautiful vintage book made from acrylic.  Carole has used Kaiser's Sweet Nothing line.  This album has paper inserts that you can put pictures in....  I really love the look of this book.
